Unplayable Gameplay Despite All Fix Attempts
Hello,
I’ve spent an enormous amount of time, effort, and money trying to make EA FC/FIFA playable on my system, but nothing has helped. I have a powerful PC on which every other game runs perfectly, but FIFA feels completely broken.
Here’s what I’ve tried over time — absolutely everything possible:
• Reinstalled the game multiple times.
• Updated and rolled back GPU drivers.
• Disabled all overlays (EA App, NVIDIA, Xbox, Discord, etc.).
• Tuned NVIDIA Control Panel settings according to professional guides, locked FPS to 190–200, optimized latency and frame delivery.
• Adjusted my gaming monitor specifically for FIFA (refresh rate, color modes, overdrive, etc.).
• Changed in-game settings (V-Sync, G-Sync, FPS limiters, resolution).
• Disabled GameDVR, Game Bar, Xbox Game Mode, and background services.
• Applied registry and power tweaks (High/Ultimate Performance plans, latency fixes).
• Tried different monitors, DisplayPort cables, and refresh rates.
• Fully reinstalled Windows 11.
• Followed advice from one of your support representatives to switch from Windows 11 to Windows 10 — no improvement.
• Used DDU for clean driver installation, tested RTSS, latency optimizations, and dozens of community fixes.
Yet the gameplay remains unplayable:
• Players feel heavy and unresponsive, like moving through oil or slow motion.
• Defending is nearly impossible due to severe input lag and sluggish animations.
• The game feels completely desynced — there’s no sense of speed, rhythm, or natural responsiveness.
I’m not a beginner — I’ve been playing online since FIFA 22 and consistently achieved 12–14 wins in FUT Champions. I know how the game should feel, and this is absolutely not it.
The time and nerves I’ve lost trying to fix this are gone forever; I just want to recover at least the $100 I paid for the game. Please review my case — I truly believe I’ve exhausted every possible solution.
Thank you for your understanding.
