Weird lag/freeze only for coop and clubs

Whenever I play co-op or clubs I have lag of a a couple of seconds from the actual game like I am late by 5 seconds from what's happening even the game becomes very junky but in rivals and squad battles it works perfectly i have great connection using ethernet cable so i dont know why this is happening and its ruining my experience
