Hi!
On the 17th or 18th I logged into the web app of FC 26 and I rightfully got my Welcome Back Packs because I played FC 25. When I tried to open them I got error messages about a connection error or authentification error. So I tried to login again. I could open the next pack which resulted again in an error. After that I gave up and wanted to wait until today to open the packs in FC 26 UT ingame.
When I started FC 26 UT I didn't get a message about any Welcome Back Packs which is normal I thought because I got the message on the web app a few days ago. Only thing is I had to choose my team league again. That was the point where I knew somehow the webapp didn't synchronize with my FC 26 UT. So I logged into the web app to see what the problem was and what did I see? The web app had synchronized with my FC 26 and erased my packs and everything else I did a few days ago in the web app!
I don't have multiple accounts. I only have ONE account with ONE email which I used for my Playstation, EA and all other accounts. So that can't be the problem here.
I played FC 25 on PC and now switched to FC 26 on Playstation. Is that the problem? It shouldn't matter...
Please give me my Welcome Back Packs back!
