just as it says in the title wins or loses in the rivals doesn't add up to progress. also i get no rewards coins. as you can see in the following images i beat this opponent 6-5 yet the reward are 0 coins. also the win was not counted towards the progress same with the loses.

I played 2 Division Rivals matches and won both of them. However, after each match ended, the game froze on the post-match screen. Because it was stuck, I had to close and restart the game.
After logging back in, I noticed that my wins were not counted and my ranking/progress was negatively affected as if I lost or did not complete the matches.
This is unfair because I completed and won both matches.
Could you please check my match history and correct my Division Rivals progress?
