wont let me play

I used to have the ea play pro edition and the ultimate edition on steam, i had some problems so i deleted the ea play pro version because my membership expired so i downloaded the normal ultimate edition on steam and whenever i tried opening the game this appeared i deleted and downloaded the game 4 times any help? installed graphics drivers already dont work
