Hey folks,

thanks for your continued reports.

This is still being investigated. In order for you all to receive your rewards, the number of attempts has already been increased from 20 to 30.
Therefore, you should be able to get at least 20 matches in.

As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know!

We cannot get our rewards, because we cannot even play all our games. I played 24 games and have 0 entries left, so I cannot even play the rest of my games. You can either fix the counting problem, or give everyone more entries.
