World Tour – Silver Superstars League - Attempts Not Counting Correctly

Hello,

I am experiencing a bug in World Tour → Silver Superstars → League 2.

My match attempts are not tracking correctly.

I played 25 matches, but the game suddenly shows 0 attempts left and does not allow me to continue, even though the event should allow 30 attempts (and recently increased to 35 attempts according to EA’s update).


EA Community Manager note:

Our team is still actively investigating that some matches are not tracking correctly, preventing players from completing Objectives.

To help you complete your Objectives, the number of entries has been increased to 35 for the latest League.

    Hey everyone, 

    Our teams are still investigating this situation. For the latest league, the attempts have been increased to 35; we hope that'll help you complete your Objectives in the meantime.

    I won 19 games and lost 13 for a total of 32 games, but I counted 35 games played and now I can't continue playing and get my rewards, and you counted 3 games played that I didn't actually play, please give me my games back it's so frustrating.
