Hello, I am experiencing a bug in World Tour Silver Superstars League 2. There should be 30 matches to play. I have played 10 matches in total with 7 wins and 3 losses. I should therefore have 20 matches remaining. However, the game shows that I have played 13 matches and have 17 remaining, which is incorrect. Additionally, in the objectives, the game correctly shows that I have played 10 matches, which confirms that the progress displayed in the League is wrong.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue in the Silver tournament. There are supposed to be 30 matches, but the game counted matches that I never played. I played 20, yet I only have 6 remaining instead of 10.
I contacted EA Support and spent over 2 hours being transferred between several agents — Prakhar G, Ashmita R, Jessica Faith M, Neha J, Priansh F, and finally Pranav S.
None of them provided any solution, and some chats were even closed without warning.
The last agent, Pranav S, told me he was “putting my case aside” and then stopped replying. The issue is still not resolved, and I haven’t received any update since.
