WORLD TOUR CUP

It is disconnecting me from World Tour Cup matches right after the game starts. On top of that, it counts as a loss and I get a DNF warning, which is just ridiculous. CAN YOU PLEASE WAKE UP @EA AND FIND AN ISSUE BEFORE THIS EVENT ENDS ?????
