Wrong reward given
tried to claim my WTSS Journey 2 -attacker evolution reward on the Web App, but it gave me the midfielder reward. I cannot use it on my player. How do I get this fixed?

How can I show a video of this . I’m not the only one to complain about this bug on this forum clearly ea don’t care about there gamers

Hey L3G0H3AD9, anytime we have seen reports of this, the team has not been able to recreate the issue so without a video, the assumption is user error.
I know this is not what you want to hear but I will pass it on to the team.
If you are opening rewards like this going forward, then I would recommend recording it in case you have the same issue.
