Xbox One: Manager Career crashes during new signing cutscene

I am experiencing a consistent crash in EA SPORTS FC 26 Manager Career Mode on Xbox One.

The issue occurs after successfully completing a player transfer. The transfer and contract negotiations work normally and the player signs for my club without any problem.

However, when the game proceeds to the cutscene showing the newly signed player arriving at/joining the club, the screen goes black and the game crashes completely, returning me to the Xbox dashboard.

This happens consistently whenever the arrival/signing cutscene is triggered.

I have also tried using the “Delegate” option for the transfer negotiations. This does not solve the problem because the new-player arrival cutscene is still triggered after the transfer is completed, and the game crashes at that point.

Importantly, this issue did not occur previously. Transfers and their associated cutscenes worked normally on the same console before. The problem appeared later, possibly following one of the title updates.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a Manager Career save on Xbox One.
2. Enter the Transfer Hub and negotiate the transfer of a player.
3. Successfully complete the transfer and contract negotiations.
4. Allow the game to proceed after the player signs.
5. The new signing/arrival cutscene begins to load.
6. The screen turns black.
7. FC 26 crashes and returns to the Xbox dashboard.

The same problem occurs when transfer negotiations are delegated because the arrival cutscene is still triggered.

Expected result:

The new signing arrival cutscene should play normally and the game should return to Manager Career with the transferred player added to the squad.

Actual result:

The screen goes black when the arrival cutscene is triggered, FC 26 crashes completely, and Xbox returns to the dashboard.
