Cant play new live event called ghoul fest.

Hello,

i am trying to play the new live event mode called ghoul fest, but everytime i try to start a match i get disconnected right from the start. I am unable to play this live event and therefore gain tokens from the current event. 

i have attached one image and video. I hope you can help me somehow.
