ghoul fest- what am I continuingly starting a game for it to disconnect after seconds of game play.
not just tonight but everyday since Friday.
Why is it so hard for you guys to get this right?
everyday I go to log in for play only to be met with server issues.
This is no longer acceptable.
So far tonight. 5 matches started. 1 played to completion - 4 drop outs. Playing on a wired network connection direct to the router. With a connection quality of “great - 99/100” - zero packet loss.
I am sure it will still be my fault though.
maybe it’s time for an FOI to find out how many players are reporting slow menu stitches, freezing during gallery feature use, multiple dropout of games and store being unavailable.
if that data showed EA were providing a product that was not as described or not suiting the purpose that it was purchased for then I am pretty sure that trading standards/basic consumer rights might mean that they are liable for refunds of a nature that would hit the company’s bottom line.
just a thought.
