HUD Bug: Flag Misalignment on Signed Holographic Cards

Summary:
When a player equipped with a signed holographic card is active during a match, the country flag icon fails to align correctly within the card shell and clips completely outside the boundaries of the in-game Player Name Bar HUD element.

Observed Behavior & Visual Comparison:

• Normal Cards: The national flag integrates seamlessly into the card layout and stays strictly within the boundaries of the Player Name Bar.
• Signed Holographic Cards: The flag asset becomes completely detached from the card shell, rendering as a floating icon directly below the card frame and fully outside the main HUD container.

Impact:

This visual glitch breaks UI consistency, leaving an unpolished and cluttered overlay during live gameplay.

Proposed Fix:

Re-align the anchor points and bounding box constraints for the nationality flag asset across all signed holographic card templates, ensuring it remains properly nested inside the designated card frame on the HUD.
