No loss glitch of course FC27

I was a top player in FIFAs Season Mode, but I often experienced matches being ruled as No Contest, meaning that even though I won, the match didnt count. This is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes, I get so shaken by this that I lose my next match. This issue has been around for years, and although it was patched at the end of FC24, the bug has reappeared in FC25.

Throughout FC 26, EA turned a blind eye to this bug. Even though countless players reported it, it was never properly fixed, and people are still dealing with it today. After one update, it did feel like the chances of a match being voided midway through were reduced, but I cannot say that for certain.

I bought FC 27 hoping this bug would finally be gone. My guess is that the problem lies deep within the game’s underlying architecture, and I can imagine how difficult that must make things for the team responsible for updates. I genuinely sympathize with them, but that does not justify ignoring the issue.

You had an entire year. Why did no one make fixing the underlying cause of these voided matches a priority? Even the timed-finishing indicator bug is back. Nothing has improved.

Why does this bug exist again? Why does a football game invalidate a match even when I win?

The cause seems to be that when an opponent, after losing, turns off their console, there is a certain probability that the match will be nullified. Every time a match gets disconnected, I feel extremely anxious. I even tried quitting through the pause menu to avoid the bug.

My proposed solution is to change the system so that, instead of forcing players to return to the lobby, the game takes the time to load and log the match situation immediately after a disconnect. This way, the result can be processed and finalized within the match itself.
