Transfer Targets Timer Bug

When bidding on a player in the Transfer Targets menu, opening the "View Details" screen displays an incorrect and misleading auction timer.

Furthermore, repeatedly opening "View Details" worsens the issue, causing the displayed time to desync even further with each entry. This erratic timer can easily result in players unexpectedly missing out on target bids.
