Wow is this frustrating, in game doing objectives and boom 💥 hard crash of my series x on fc 27. Doesn’t happen on any other games… just fc 26 and now fc 27. Please have your engineers fix this asap. Or I’ll need a refund on the game. It’s infuriating to play this game on my day off and have it crash every 2/3 games, just randomly.

What we are seeing is a couple which is what we normally see around launch time.
A hard shutdown like this points to an issue with your console.
What I would suggest is speaking with Xbox support to see what they can suggest.

The issue has been happening in a EA Sports games since 2021. Just experienced another Xbox Series X/S shutdown yesterday in Manager Career mode. Went to Team Management tab and clicked on create new tactic, then attempting to rename the sheet. Console stalled for five seconds, the sheet did not rename, became relabeled 'Undefined' then console shut off. Noticed several completely random instances of this behavior; changing settings in menu, Manager Career mode, playing matches in Kick-Off. Only happens when playing FC 27, FC 26, FC 25, and NCAA Football 25. Have read thousands of forums where people have indicated happens in Madden series, however, have refused to purchase that game, since going downhill in the past eight years.

When the crash occurs do you see an error message of any kind?
Hard crashes like this are generally system-related. Have you done any troubleshooting on the Xbox?
