3s GAME UNEXPECTED KICK

For the Millionth time in the last 2 months, I've been kicked unexpectedly from 3s games. I already placed one bug report and was told that it had never been seen before. Something needs to be done. And my player stats, team stats, and teammate stats need to be adjusted for YOUR game's mistakes. I've been playing these games since I was 5 and I never had this problem in previous years. Nor has anyone I play with experienced this. It's not my internet as in every game it's happened.

 

I need someone to know what's going on and help me fix my account and not have to make a new one

    It did not help. I played one game with no problem and then the second game I didn't even make it to the opening faceoff and now in Club Finals my team has been docked with a loss

    Thanks for trying. I get the frustration with this. I know I'd be very upset to say the least. 

    Try swapping out all your customization options. Gear, face, hair, intro animation, etc. 

    Something else you can try is using googles DNS settings. Those instructions are here.

    I've tried everything suggested above and still nothing.

    I'm getting kicked for no reason that continuously goes unexplained because EA has no one trying to fix this and see on there end whats going on. 

    I don't expect anything but there's got to be some sort of compensation for this. Because of this issue my EASHL team has been docked with numerous losses and disqualifications in Club finals.
