We are hoping to release a fix for this in January. In the meantime, here are a few things you can try that have had limited success with others:
- Clear your system cache with these instructions.
- Leave and rejoin the club
- Have everyone leave and rejoin the club. It was reported this worked after multiple tries
- Delete the club you were on when this issue started
If none of those work, you can try playing on a different account until we have this fixed.

You just create a new PSN ID/Xbox gamertag on the same console the account that purchased the game is on. You will also need to create a new EA account.

Bought NHL 25 4 days ago, my 3s club would play 24 still from time to time. We all decide to buy 25 with it on sale. We’ve played 4 total games in 3 nights because of this issue.

Hopefully, we'll have this fixed soon. Did you try deleting the club? The issue appears to happen when you have players with both Xbox and PS accounts. Even if one of them on the club has this, it can affect the whole team.
