This is ridiculous. I have played Chel now for years and each year has a different glitch. NHL 25’s glitch is by far the worst. We got club finals starting and I get kick with this game configuration garbage and my two teammates get pulled into a threes game and are forced to play with a CPU. You keep saying you “hope” to fix it. Well we all paid money to play online. This ain’t 1998 anymore and offline isn’t why we spend 65 dollars. I’ll be leaving reviews and posts anywhere I can find the opportunity to let people know don’t waste their money on ‘26. I’ve tried everything so please don’t respond with some BS “try this….”

Although I can see where you're coming from and I do agree with a lot of what you say....Try to keep your forums posts clean and free of profanity or insults.
Yes they charge 80$ for a yearly released game that doesn't work online, and no they will not offer you a refund apology or anything else. But they are aware of the issue since they released the game and they're trying to find a solution. Unfortunately you just have to hope NHL26 will have these issues fixed. On the brightside it is infact a yearly release so if the game doesn't work you just have to wait 1 year and it probably will work on the next one. Try playing HUT in the mean time and buy some packs to make your team good then you can have fun.
Me and my team have been playing over decade EASHL but this year we're all having fun talking in a party and opening HUT packs on stream with each other instead of playing EASHL. It's not the same rush as playing, but spending a few bucks to see what you get is a thrill of it's own.

With no help to EA, it looks like I have found a solution on the PS5 side of things. I noticed ever since I would load into NHL 25 it would absolutely break my Internet connection with my PlayStation. For a week it was frustrating by the end of the week my PlayStation would almost shut down when I loaded up 25. Couldn’t see friends list. Couldn’t see current parties anything After I booted up 25. Would get game configuration error, failed to retrieve data error, etc. I went into my network settings and manually change my DNS numbers to what I searched on google for the generic numbers. #1) 8.8.8.8 #2) 8.8.4.4
And boom, booted right up and I was able to play 5 consecutive games last night and never had a crash, lose connection or anything.
