Everyday I try to play World of CHEL with my friends, 3's usually works fine (not always tho), but when I try playing 6's, it takes me hours just to be able to join a game do to "Game Configuration Failure". Every time the pre-game timer hits 1 I get this error, or I will start to load into the game and my game will crash. I am very tempted to stop trying to play and just get a refund because this is not worth my time anymore. I have officially given up on EA because they can make other sports games just fine but cannot seem to make one decent NHL game.

Hi there. This is an issue we're aware of. Unfortunately, a fix isn't planned until January's update. In the meantime, the only way around this is to use a different account.
