Game Freezing

The reason I say that is because this is happening to a very small part of the community. So far, we haven't been able to reproduce it. I'm not going to guarantee that it's not the game. Obviously, when it doesn't happen with any others, that seems to be the case. Hopefully, we'll be able to reproduce it and get a fix out.

Can you explain “a hardware issue”?? Every other game works(including NHL 24). The Xbox is updated also. 

Same with is happening with me. Every game is working except nhl 25

I really don't know if that's the case or not. This is worth trying since it seems to be a hardware issue.

I can try blowing it out, but every other game including NHL 24 works with no issues. Does NHL 25 impose greater demands on the console?

Is your console in a well ventilated location with the vents free of any dirt and debris? This is sounding more like a hardware issue.

This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. Do you happen to be using shareplay with someone? 

I tried clearing the MAC  address also, changing HDMI ports , tried setting up the Xbox  to offline(actually got to play about a minute before it bricked up). Not a great experience.
