Icon passing, disconnecting

Icon passing not working, disconnecting from games. 

I won’t be buying NHL ever again. EA you lost yet another customer.

    We're working to resolve the issue with icon passing. We're not aware of any issues with disconnecting. If you want to go through some troubleshooting, please let me know.

    I experience the same issues. I have lost at least half of my online versus games - the game disconnected me because I lost connection mid-game to EA servers. None of my games do this, I checked that I have a stable internet connection every time. Maybe because I play from Eastern Europe? Nobody plays this game here, but if thia stays like this, I wont either. Terrible, such a waste of my money.

    Hi there. Online Versus games don't take place on our servers. Either you or your opponent are hosting the game.

    Do you play on a wired or wireless connection?

    Ok. We can rule out being on wireless then. Unfortunately though, there isn't anything we can do about this. Either you or your opponent are disconnecting due to a connection issue. If you disconnect in every game and you're always playing a different opponent, most likely, it's caused by an issue with your ISP or home network equipment. There are some troubleshooting steps here that may help. Otherwise, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing anything that could be interrupting your connection.
