Icon passing, disconnecting

Again, Online Versus games do not take place on our servers. It's possible your location is connecting you with opponents that are far away which could cause a bad connection. Regardless, we'll monitor for any issues on our end that could cause this.

Yeah I was sure you can't do anything about this. I turned off the firewall, contacted the ISP (they informed me the router works , and the connection was not interrupted) checked the connection several times myself through PS5 as well. BTW other games, including NHL 24, work just fine, I have never experienced any issue like this. Yesterday I played two games with NHL 25, and I was disconnected FROM BOTH OF THEM because lost connection to EA servers. I switched to NHL 24 and guess what: It worked.  I have lost at least half of my games because of this very embarassing issue, os I stopped playing this game and I utterly regret buying it. Please, leave this ticket open! This is not customer support.  

Ok. We can rule out being on wireless then. Unfortunately though, there isn't anything we can do about this. Either you or your opponent are disconnecting due to a connection issue. If you disconnect in every game and you're always playing a different opponent, most likely, it's caused by an issue with your ISP or home network equipment. There are some troubleshooting steps here that may help. Otherwise, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing anything that could be interrupting your connection.

Do you play on a wired or wireless connection?

I experience the same issues. I have lost at least half of my online versus games - the game disconnected me because I lost connection mid-game to EA servers. None of my games do this, I checked that I have a stable internet connection every time. Maybe because I play from Eastern Europe? Nobody plays this game here, but if thia stays like this, I wont either. Terrible, such a waste of my money. 

We're working to resolve the issue with icon passing. We're not aware of any issues with disconnecting. If you want to go through some troubleshooting, please let me know.
