Network connection issue

If that doesn't help, you can try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. Also, check your modem/router for a firmware update. As a test, you could try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. If it works there, that means the issue is with your equipment or ISP. So, that would help narrow down where the problem lies.

NHL worked for a period of time, but it also needed an update, now that there are no updates available it doesn’t work. Madden was never able to connect. Not sure what is wrong. I will try the router steps again. If it doesn’t work is there any other suggestions?

Does it work if you do those steps again?

I did this 4 days ago, it worked for 3 and now it’s giving me the same problem. No updates are available apparently. Please assist

Hi there. Please try the following:

• Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes and plug it back in
• Power cycle your console by holding down the power button until it shuts off and restart it
