I will start by saying this didn't work for me, but I did find some hope for a moment with this idea: go to saved data and delete all saved data from console storage for chel 25, then uninstall the game. Hopefully that works for you as the only info related to this problem I have found was from chel 24. I guess this is a reoccurring issue for EA. I don't expect anything from this company anymore, actually the only thing I expect is that everything that can go wrong will when it comes to their games. I don't see much hope now if any of you are in the same boat as me I would highly suggest you request a refund before its too late.
