Cannot get past menu: Error 1478078408 +

I've been playing the beta on playstation for months and occasionally on my PC.
But since the open beta dropped I have only been able to load into the actual game on PC about 3 times.
99% of the time i try to load into the game world I get
"error code: 1478078408
Failed to connect to EA services. Please retry.
See ea.com..."
I've probably tried to load into the game 80+ times, I've reinstalled the game twice and im still getting the same issue.

This is made worse by the fact that while i can play on playstation still, I cannot join any of my friends who play on PC as every time i try to join I get an error that says...
CROSSPLAY_DISABLED_UNRESOLVABLE
despite the fact that myself and all of them have Crossplay enabled in the settings.
nPlease let me know if theres anything i can do to try and resolve either one of these issues.
