Can't get into isle of grom

I've been trying to get into isle of grom for like an hour, I checked my internet, restarted my xbox, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but I'm still just able to spawn in San Van, every time I try to go to Grom, the loading screen comes up, and the game will just crash
