Challenge Intro Cannot Be Skipped

With in-game subtitles turned off there are cases where myself and other players have been unable to skip the intro cutscene at the start of any challenges. When turned back on you're able to do so again without issue but it restricts the players who don't have in-game voice overs turned on from keeping subtitles for that off as well.
