Hey ShabazzAllah7​, I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Have you tried changing and flushing DNS?

I have the exact same issue on my PS4.

I have a PS5 as well, only inches away from my PS4, and the issue has never occurred on the PS5, but it's quite consistent on the PS4. No other issues in other games

    Hey victorfaalk​, sorry to hear that you can't play the game on your PS4. 

    Are you using the same PSN/EA account for both devices? And are both devices connected via Ethernet or wifi?

      Thanks for getting back to me.

      We're usually logged into our respective accounts on each device (me and my room mate), but I often borrow his PS5 when he's not here, and I have no issues using my account on his PS5.

      They're connected to the same WiFi.

        Thanks for the clarification. So you have two devices using the same connection. Does the problem also appear when you're playing on the PS4 and the PS5 is off?
