crashing before loading in

Since the last update the game has crashed at the black skate. loading screen I haven't been able to play the game since 

I've tried verifying files says everything is good, drivers are up to date and uninstalled and reinstalled.

I tried to play the game for the last past week same outcome crashing every time 

It doesn't give me an error code it just crashes back to my home screen like I never opened it 

 I am running the game off the (EA app)
