Crashing when I grab my board

I have tried five times across two days now. Its a miracle to make it in to the tutorial in the first place, cause more than half the time it won't even load properly. When it does put me into the tutorial, I can only make it to the top of the ledge to grab my board, and the game instantly freezes then crashes. I want to play so **bleep** bad, please fix this ish.
