Critical Low Memory Failure

I've played for nearly 120 hours and randomly this bug appears even with 32gb RAM. I've tried all the troubleshooting fixes out there and still can't play the game. Disappointing since I've spent money on the skate pass and cannot progress it further. Players from 5 months + reporting this issue with no comments is wild. I feel like I won't play this game again unless EA directly does something about it.

    Thanks for responding, I attached my dxdiag. 

    • I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both of my drives
    • Verified files via steam
    • Logged out and back in on EA/Steam
    • defined my PC's "Virtual memory" with the custom size option
      • adv system settings > syst properties>advanced>perf options>advanced>virtual memory
        • 32GB RAM = initial of 16384 and max of 32768
    • launched as admin
    • clean booted
