On June 6th 2026 I purchased the Dem Bones Deluxe pack for 73.44 CAD on the EA web store and when I log on to the game there were no signs of any items being claimed. I check my inventory and see that there is no items and that in game it doesn’t register that I own the bundle when I go back to the web store to see it says I own the bundle so I was very confused. After a couple of hours of contacting support through their automated chat reply thing I discovered there was no available fix at this moment I’m hoping that this issue is resolved soon because I’ve also noticed other people are having this issue. Yes my ea account is connected to my psn I’ve made many purchases before from the web store this was my first encounter with a issue like this
I did not purchase the pack from the web store. I purchased it in game through the steam platform. My funds in the steam wallet were taken out. I received an error message that read, "Error, failed to purchase." My steam account is connected to my EA account.
Also bought dem bones deluxe but got all items except for the skatepass so I accidentally bought it with the 5000 SVBs given in that pack. Would love a 1000 SVB refund for all of us that did this

Just to clarify, you both purchased the Dem Bones Deluxe pack from the web store, correct? When making this purchase, were you logged in with the EA account that is currently linked to your PSN/Xbox account? You can check if the accounts are properly connected here: Connected Accounts
Me aswell, I purchased the Deluxe pack with the game open through Steam. My funds were taken off of steam, when I went back to the game I received an error message reading, "Error, failed to purchase." The transaction was on June 5th. I can provide proof of purchase. My EA account username is PicantesauceArts and the username of my steam account connected to it is sergeantgoon. I'm also hoping that this issue is resolved soon. I strongly suggest that EA and Full Circle treat this situation as a priority. As with the previously mentioned case, and evidence of many other cases, all adding up to be quite sufficient grounds for legal action.
