I understand the game just came out & the servers are full so it could just be a bug or error but I purchased the Founder's Deluxe Pack in the shop in game for $44.99 (I have EA pass). the game was stuck on "processing purchase" screen and then crashed. I logged back in & I don’t have anything from the pack at all.

I’m having the exact same issue so you can feel relieved that it’s not just you experiencing this, I’ve looked around and quite a few people are dealing with this right now so I have a strong feeling EA is aware of it and working to fix it.
I was having the same problem but after 5 min or so I reopened the game and I got the rest of the san van bucks I was missing
