DirectX error code but completed all solutions and yet same message appears.

I can’t get the game to launch. I receive a directx error every time I try to start the game. GPU is updated and installed properly. I’m able to play other games but not skate. I have also tried launch codes such as -dx11. I have tried everything that google and Reddit have suggested. I made sure everything is updated with windows. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times I have verified files. My last hope is connecting skate support for any other technical support.
