Failed to connect to EA services.

I am not able to launch the new skate game after recreating my EA account. I was a member of EA since 2012 and despite how old my previous account was, I was reluctant to delete it due to my recent anonymous forum post about the music getting in the way with the new skate game's originality. If there is anything that can be fixed about this bug going on I would very much appreciate it.
