Freeze/Stuttering every few seconds (PC) unplayable.

I have a very frequent stutter that makes my game freeze for about 2-3 seconds and it happens every 5-10 seconds, it makes the game completely unplayable. i have tried reinstalling the games, changin...

I managed to 'fix' it by turning on VSYNC, setting refresh rate to 59HZ (Has to be in fullscreen mode).

Other settings:

  • Dynamic resolution on @ 100%
  • Upscaling: FSR @ Balanced
  • Graphics: medium

Changing any of those settings tends to make the game start stuttering again.
