Game completely fails to run

I would like to report a bug, I bought a Steam Deck excited to play the game, and the game completely fails to run.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Own the game and have spent money buying in-game cosmetics
2. Install the game on Steam Deck
3. Press “Play”

Expected Result:
The game runs, and I can see the in-game cosmetics I purchased for USD

Actual Result:
The game does not run, so the money I spent is wasted
