Game Crashes after queue

I open the game and wait in the queue. Once it goes to the screen where it says we would love to have your feedback, and i hit continue, it completely closes my game with no error code. I have tried multiple times and it keeps happening. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I have restarted my pc. Nothing is working.

About an hour prior to this, my controller disconnected, I then reconnected my controller. Then in game, I was moving in slow motion. I restarted my game hoping it would fix the issue, then the problem above started happening. Anyone know how to fix this?
