Stuck on configuring. Running on ps5. Won’t start up. Keeps loading until error

Does the screen go black? Because my one loads then the news thing shows then I press x and its a blank screen.
Same on my PS5. I have 650+ hours in this game. If I can't get my Santa Cruz board in the shop by 11:50am EST I will never play this again!
