Game Runs Terribly after Season 1 Update

I used to get a smooth 60FPS but ever since the Season 1 update my game is chugging instead of the smooth frames I used to get. The stuttering that is occurring makes it extremely difficult to achieve some challenges because my timing is ruined.

I've restarted my machine and updated my graphics drivers. 
I'm not running any other launcher services like Epic Games, Xbox, or EA Play.
