Game Won't Launch Past Anticheat Splashscreen

I finally got my issue fixed by following a guide where installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for x86 and x64 got me past the anticheat splashscreen. I also installed the Windows Media Feature Pack as my Windows N edition does not come with it pre-installed which caused another problem.
THIS WORKED.
I ALREADY HAD BOTH Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for x86 and x64 INSTALLED, BUT REPAIRING THE INSTALLATIONS ALLOWED ME TO PLAY.
