Gameplay in Slow Motion: Before Season 1 arrived

Before Season 1 arrived, the game was running smoothly on my PC. Now, every time I start it, it takes forever to load and feels like the game is in slow motion, as if my PC can’t handle it anymore. It only gets better when I enter a mission, then it seems to go back to normal. I’m playing with all graphics settings on full low, DLSS on ultra performance, and scale at 50%, but it doesn’t make any difference. Unfortunately, it’s terrible to play right now.
