Hardware configuration not supported

Ea anticheat works just fine but for some unknown reason when the game launches i keep getting a hardware configuration not supported message if anyone know how to solve this it would be very appreciated

    My apologies, I forgot to mention that we need it extracted into a .txt file. Please check this article for instructions on how to do that.
