Hedgemont extravert shop progression bug

The board shop in the main area is not accessible. I have leveled up my character in the first area and when I try to access the shop with R3, it does nothing. When I go to the location of the board shop, I am unable to interact with it.

I’m literally going through the same problem got off of work and it’s still happening lowkey gonna make me delete the game for a week they NEED TO FIX THIS ON PLAYSTATION ASAP

Mines exactly the same 

exact same for me. i was able to make about 10 minuets of progress in this game now im soft locked trying to get into the shop since yesterday.
