I cant continue progression from Tour 1

On release day I was trying to complete missions, and I got to the 7th step of "open your eyes" in skater eyes. I had no issues completing the step. However, upon completion of the step the game underwent server maintenance, and I was forced out of the game. Now whenever I sign in and go to missions the next mission I have is Tour 1: Skater eyes transition skating 101 but it is locked and says that I have to complete "open your eyes."

I have tried multiple things ive seen that have helped others and nothing is working. I've tried closing and reopening the game, Leveling up the store, Turning on and off crossplay, Reinstalling the game, Using different clients to launch the game, Joining people, Teleporting to random people in lobby, Retrying spots, just skating around. and I even downloaded the game on my PS5 got to the same mission, Joined on myself and tried doing the mission while in the party. Nothing has worked and I just want to play Skate.

I play on PC currently using Steam client, I've tried through steam, Epic games, and EA
