MEGA THREAD: QD Items Not Working

I've heard some suggest turning off cross-play helps, I'm sure there will be a fix soon

Honestly thinking of playing No Man's sky right now for how many bugs there are 

Anyone who's having issues with placing objects, I've had some success with opening the "Customise" menu, selecting the object I want again, and then placing it. This won't work in SUMR camp 100% of the time but it does work in San Van 9 times out of 10. 

Been having to deal with the same problem as everyone else. 
on ps5, experiencing it absolutely everywhere constantly in san van, grom, sumr camp, -don’t visit the stadium but assuming it would happen there too. At a guess I’d say out of 100 times trying to place something down less than 10 actually stay. I also purchased the Nike bundle just for the quick drop items and the fact that they are unusable does not sit well with me or my pockets cause like, what have I paid for really?

I had this last night on San Van.

I've had this on both PC and PS5 now.

Whatever causes it, relogging seems to fix it. But once you eventually get the bug again, you have to relog to use QDOs again.

Hi, if you're on pc and have the bug, you can turn down gameplay density setting to minimum and it will allow you to build once again. 

It's broken in all ways to access the menu

Same issue, will randomly work at times but usually breaks
