Missions wont load in from early on in the game and i can no longer progress

Missions stopped loaded and ended, in missions tab cant track tour 1: transitions 101

only was able to do 2 armature missions "there and back" & "go with the flow" after those nothing would load or pop up on my map to go do. The AR mission wont pop up and the Missions tab says to go to bonski park, if i go no missions or anything pop up and wont even let me track what it wants me to do. I'm just a few missions in and stuck in free skate. the game occasionally says " remember so and so has something for you to do" but there is literally nothing on my map to do except the two missions I've already completed.

i started playing on a different account. what usually happens is it gives me a checkpoint and path to follow to the skate park to do transition 101. it doesn't do that, after i finish the mission leading to that nothing else loads in. no missions, no prompts, nothing just free skate.
