Need Support - Missing Skate Insider/Playtest Rewards

I participated in TWO separate play tests, before they went to open play test/early access. I have not been rewarded with the in-game items as described. 

September 2024 and March 2025 are the TWO play tests I participated in.

Missing all insider reward items and in game currency.

Your customer support also is doing a bad job. They IMMEDIATELY close out tickets and mark them as 'RESOLVED' when they didn't actually escalate the problem or do anything to help. Very DISHONEST.

I have been a skate supporter since Skate 1 on the PS3 and have purchased every single title. Why should I keep supporting EA and SKATE if you can't even deliver what was promised for play testers?

I would like the rewards that were promised and for YOU as a developer to uphold your end of said promise.
